I am a Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist working in University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust, United Kingdom. After completing my MD from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai and working as an Assistant Professor at Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Hospital, Mumbai, I did a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging and Interventions at Sint Maartenskliniek, Netherlands. I have also completed a Diploma in Sports Medicine of the International Olympic Committee. I have worked at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games as an MSK radiologist.

I started this website to remain in touch with academics and continue my passion for teaching. I believe in giving back to society and one of the ways is through free open access radiology education and medical education (FOAMRad and FOAMed).

This website was created and launched during sleepless nights while caring for my two amazing infant twin daughters, Veeha and Viaana.
